About the Event
Dayton Track Club Training Program
Whether you are new to running or an experienced athlete, our training programs are designed with the whole athlete in mind. In addition to strategically designed workouts, each participant will receive individual guidance on gear, fueling, and the mental aspects of performance.
Training Program Coordinator & Head Coach:
Chelsey Woods - B.S. in Exercise Science, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist, and over 20 years of coaching, competitive running, and group training experience. Integrating psychology and physiology (and sometimes a banana suit), Chelsey looks for ways of moving and training that improves your performance all the way around!
