Run/Walk Interval Winter Maintenance
The Run/Walk Interval Method incorporates periods of walking with running to build endurance and minimize injury risk.
Our ​Winter Maintenance option is for any athlete looking for accountability through winter without the full 21-week commitment. ​The group meets 3 days per week for 4 weeks (1 month).

Fall Half/Full Marathon Training Program
Our Half/Full Marathon Training Program, goes above and beyond to turn YOU into the ultimate running machine!
While this program targets the Air Force Half & Full Marathon, the program accommodates any fall half or full marathon from September through October.
