5K TO 50K TRAINING PROGRAMS
AIR FORCE MARATHON - OFFICIAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Half/Full/Challenge: May 20th - September 21st
5k/10k: July 8th-September 21st
Whether you are new to running or an experienced athlete, our training programs are designed with the whole athlete in mind. In addition to strategically designed workouts, each participant will receive individual guidance on gear, fueling, and the mental aspects of performance.
Program Start:
HALF/FULL/CHALLENGE - Week of May 20th. First in-person group run - Tuesday, May 21st @ 6:00pm.
5K/10K - Week of July 8th. First in-person group run - Tuesday, July 9th @ 6:00pm.
When/Where:
Each week, the group will meet on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings at a centrally located location in the Dayton area (i.e. Lane Stadium, bike path by Carillon, etc.).
Cost: $150 (20% discount for paid Dayton Track Club members - join today for $25!) // less than $10/week!

PUB RUNS
A Wonderful Pairing
Join Dayton Track Club, Runners Plus, and Key Sports on the first Wednesday of each month for a FREE group run from one of the MANY Dayton-local breweries! Connect with area runners, demo some of the latest and greatest footwear, and win loads of prizes! There's really no better way to Wednesday!
Due to popular demand, we've added the no frills "Pub Run Lite" on the third Wednesday of each month. FREE to all, these offer a great opportunity to socialize with fellow Dayton-area runners and explore some of the smaller or more out-of-the-way breweries! No frills, but all the thrills!
