Run/Walk Interval Winter Training

The Run/Walk Training Group incorporates periods of walking with running to build endurance and minimize injury risk. Our winter maintenance program offers three in-person training runs each week to support any athlete in maintaining fitness through the winter months!

Our Training Support Program combines wellness education, weight training, and strength-based running workouts to serve as a foundation for speed work and upcoming training cycles.

PR Primer

Plateaus no more! Our PR Primer Training Program mixes various run workouts with weight training to build the power, speed, and run-specific strength to take your training to the next level!

Air Force Half/Full Marathon

Our 16-week Half/Full Marathon Training Program, supported by BMW and Nike goes above and beyond to turn YOU into the ultimate running machine!

 

While this program targets the Air Force Half & Full Marathon, the program will accommodate any fall half or full marathon.
