Run/Walk Interval Winter Maintenance

The Run/Walk Interval Method incorporates periods of walking with running to build endurance and minimize injury risk.

 

Our â€‹Winter Maintenance option is for any athlete looking for accountability through winter without the full 21-week commitment. ​The group meets 3 days per week for 4 weeks (1 month).

Run/Walk Interval Half/Full Marathon Training

This 21-Week Run/Walk Interval Training Group incorporates periods of walking with running to build endurance and minimize injury risk in the pursuit of completing a spring or fall half or full marathon.

Base Camp: Training Support

The Base Camp Support Program blends mileage with power-focused run workouts, targeted strength training, and essential wellness education to elevate your base and get you ready for any distance—from 5K on up!

PR Primer: Speed Development

Plateaus no more! Our PR Primer Training Program incorporate various run workouts with weight training to build the power, speed, and run-specific strength to take your fitness to the next level!

Fall Half/Full Marathon Training Program

Our Half/Full Marathon Training Program, goes above and beyond to turn YOU into the ultimate running machine!

 

While this program targets the Air Force Half & Full Marathon, the program accommodates any fall half or full marathon from September through October.
