Air Force Training Program for the Half Marathon and 10k

Dayton Track Club

Are you looking to train with others for a 10K or half marathon? Did you sign up for a race but don’t know where to start training? Our half marathon/10k training program could be perfect for you!

Training for a half marathon or 10k takes tremendous motivation and effort but YOU CAN DO IT! Whether you are just beginning running, looking to take the next step, or returning from a running hiatus, the Dayton Track Club has professional knowledge and tools to help you achieve your goals.

Throughout a 12-week period you will not only be able to successfully complete a 10k or half marathon, but you will also learn about proper running nutrition, injury prevention and management, improve your overall health and fitness, all while making running an enjoyable and important part of your daily lifestyle.

Head Coach: Charles Rodeheffer, M.A. in Athletic Coaching, NCAA assistant track & field/XC coach specializing in distance running, 5+ years of individualized coaching experience

When: June 28 through race day

Where: Centrally located running spots in the Dayton area (i.e. Lane Stadium, bike path by Carillon, etc.)

Cost: $100 (20% discount for paid Dayton Track Club members - join today for $25!)
