About the Event
Join our DTC Elite team for some long miles, and all are welcome to join! The paces will be a bit quicker with the easy part around 7:15-7:30 min/mile and dipping below 7:00 min/mile for the workout portion.
2-ish mile warm-up
5-6 miles steady (~40s slower than 5k pace)
Cool-down miles at your preference
