About the Event
All are welcome, but paces will be quicker. Slower paces will be around 7:30/mile and the workout will go below 7:00/mile.
Join us for a Sunday morning long run/workout.
3 mi tempo (25-30 seconds slower than 5k pace)
2 min @ 10k, 2 x 60s @ 5k, 4 x 30s @ Mile w/ 60s easy between each
