All are welcome to attend this speedwork session with DTC Elite, and you can adjust the pace and workout as needed to fit with your training goals.
Warm-up around 6:00pm, and plan on a 6:30pm start to the workout.

6-7 x 800 @ 5k pace w/ 2 min moving rest
