All are welcome to join our DTC Elite team for a track workout at Lane Stadium. Warm-up starts around 6pm, and we'll plan on the workout starting at 6:30pm.

1600m tempo w/ 2 min

1200m @ 10k w/ 2 min

800m @ 5k w/ 2 min

2 x 400m @ Mile w/ 60s

200m @ finish

Mile/1500m group-

600m @ Mile w/ 90s

2 x 400m @ Mile w/ 90s

4 x 200m @ 800m w/ 60s
