About the Event
All are welcome to join our DTC Elite team for a track workout. Warm-up starts around 6pm, and we'll plan on the workout starting at 6:30pm.
Workout
5-6 x 1600m @ threshold w/ 2 min rest + 400m, 400m, 200m cutdown w/ 60s rest
For those who cannot make it, we'll have an alternative session the following day (Thursday). Â Same time, same place.
