About the Event
All are welcome to join our DTC Elite team for a track workout. Warm-up starts around 6pm, and we'll plan on the workout starting at 6:30pm.
2 miles steady, 6-7 x 1k @ 10k pace w/ 2 min recovery, 4 x 200m cutdown w/ 60s recovery
For those who cannot make it, we'll have an alternative session the following day (Thursday). Same time, same place.
