About the Event
All are welcome to join our DTC Elite team for a workout on the bike path from Beavercreek Station. Warm-up starts around 6pm, and we'll plan on the workout starting at 6:30pm.
~2 miles warm up + dynamic stretching
3 miles @ marathon pace, 3 min easy, 15 x 60s on, 60s easy working from half marathon pace to 5k pace
~2 miles cool-down
For those who cannot make it, we'll have an alternative session the following day (Thursday). Same time, same place.
