About the Event
All are welcome to join our DTC Elite team for a workout. Warm-up starts around 6pm, and we'll plan on the workout starting at 6:30pm.
Workout
12-14 x 3 minutes @ marathon, 3 minutes at moderate effort (72 to 84 minutes continuous)Â
For those who cannot make it, we'll have an alternative session the following day (Thursday). Â Same time, same place.
