About the Event
All are welcome to join our DTC Elite team for a workout. Warm-up starts around 6pm, and we'll plan on the workout starting at 6:30pm.
Workout
6-8 x alternating Miles @ marathon/moderate (12-16 miles total)
For those who cannot make it, we'll have an alternative session the following day (Thursday). Same time, same place.
