About the Event
All are welcome to join our DTC Elite team for a workout. Warm-up starts around 6pm, and we'll plan on the workout starting at 6:30pm.
2 miles steady tempo, 3 x 4 min @ half marathon effort, 4 x 60s @ 5k effort
60s jog recovery between all
*This workout can be tailored to what you are training for and when your goal race is by shortening or lengthening the length of interval, number of reps, and amount of rest*
For those who cannot make it, we'll have an alternative session the following day (Thursday). Same time, same place.
