DTC Ultra Training Run

Anyone interested in getting more involved with ultramarathons is welcome to join on this DTC Ultra run. Our two group leaders, Nettie Zeppetella and Dan Semsel, will be providing guidance and information to help you be successful on this run and others.

We'll meet at the Main Entrance to Germantown MetroParks. The address is: 6910 Boomershine Rd, Germantown, OH 45327

Details are still in proces, but the tentative plan is:

• We'll have a Dayton Track Club flag set up at the meeting point
• We'll run TVT (Twin Valley Trail)  section through Germantown (follow the hiking man sign)
• The loop is about 7 miles and you can go 1, 2, or more loops
• Water is only available at start/finish of the loop so you'll need to carry fluids, especially if it is warm. There are primitive bathrooms on the trail about every 3 miles. We will wait for runners at intersections/ no one will be left behind
