About the Event
16-Week Half and Full Marathon Training Program
Join us for a 16-week running and weight training program to help you not only finish, but finish strong! This plan is specifically designed for the Air Force Half & Full Marathon, but will accommodate training for any half or full marathon through the beginning of November.
Registration includes:
16-Week Training Program (emailed weekly)
Weekly in-person coached runs (Wednesday evenings, Saturday mornings)
Weekly in-person coached weight training session (Thursday evenings)
