About the Event
Join Dayton Track Club in learning how you might maximize your performance and recovery through (our favorite thing next to running) FOOD! We will cover pre-, during, and post- nutrition guidelines, examples of snacks and meals that meet the recommended intake ratios, and some related myths around sugar/carbs, protein, and GI upset. Following the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to prep (and eat!) their own post-run meal!
