About The Dayton Track Club Run/Walk Training Group
The Dayton Track Club Run/Walk Training Group incorporates periods of walking with running to build endurance and minimize injury risk. Our 21-week Training Program offers three in-person training runs per week (Tu/Th/Sat) to prepare participants for any spring half or full marathon.

Program Start: Week of January 5th. First in-person group run - Tuesday, January 6th @ 6:00pm.
When/Where: Each week, the group will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6pm, and Saturday @ 8am at a centrally located location in the Dayton area (i.e. Lane Stadium, bike path by Carillon, etc.).
Cost: $150 (10% discount for paid Dayton Track Club members - join today for $25!)
