About the Event

About The Dayton Track Club Run/Walk Training Group

The Dayton Track Club Run/Walk Training Group incorporates periods of walking with running to build endurance and minimize injury risk. Our 21-week Training Program offers three in-person training runs per week (Tu/Th/Sat) to prepare participants for The Air Force 10k/Half/Full, or any fall half or full marathon.


Program Sampler: Not sure if this is right for you? Come out and give it a try! Tuesday/Thursday @ 6pm and Saturday @ 8am the week of May 12th. 


Program Start: Week of May 18th. First in-person group run - Tuesday, May 19th @ 6:00pm.


When/Where: Each week, the group will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6pm, and Saturday @ 8am at a centrally located location in the Dayton area (i.e. Lane Stadium, bike path by Carillon, etc.). 


Cost: $150 (10% discount for paid Dayton Track Club members - join today for $25!)
