About the Event
Join Dayton Track Club for a group run on Sunday morning. We will run east on the bikepath from Riverscape Metro Park. Â All paces are welcome and we will split into pace groups accordingly.
Additionally, the DTC Elite team will be running a workout, which is open to all:
2-3 miles warm up, followed by 8-12 miles @ moderate aerobic effort (15 to 60 sec slower than marathon pace)
