About the Event
Join Dayton Track Club for a weekly group run on Sunday mornings. Â This week we will run north along the river from Crains Run Nature Park in Miamisburg. Â All paces are welcome and we will split into pace groups accordingly.
Additionally, the DTC Elite team will be running a workout, which is open to all: 3 miles warm-up, followed by 10-15 miles @ moderate aerobic effort (15 to 60 sec slower than marathon pace).
