Sunday Morning Group Run

Join Dayton Track Club for a weekly group run on Sunday mornings.  This week we will meet at Oakwood Lane Stadium and head south on the bike path along the river.  All paces are welcome and we will split into pace groups accordingly.

Additionally, the DTC Elite team will be running a workout, which is open to all: 3 miles warm-up, followed by 2-3 x 3 miles w/ 1k recovery working from moderate to half marathon effort.
