About the Event
Join Dayton Track Club for a weekly group run on Sunday mornings. This week we will meet at Riverfront Park in Miamisburg for an out and back run on the bike path. All paces are welcome and we will split into pace groups accordingly.
Additionally, the DTC Elite team will be running a workout, which is open to all: 5 miles at moderate effort, 3 miles at marathon pace, 1 mile hard w/ 1 mile easy between each
