About the Event
Join Dayton Track Club for a weekly group run on Sunday mornings. Â This week we will meet at Riverfront Park in Miamisburg for an out and back run on the bike path. Â All paces are welcome and we will split into pace groups accordingly.
Additionally, the DTC Elite team will be running a workout, which is open to all: 5 miles at moderate effort, 3 miles at marathon pace, 1 mile hard w/ 1 mile easy between each
