About the Event
Join the DTC Training Groups some speed work!
Park in the lot near the tennis courts. Walk to the track - behind the school (see map).
Warm-up starts at 6:00pm / Workout at 6:20pm.
All welcome (ages 18+) and free to attend! Bring your own workout or jump in with the group! Workouts can be adapted to all levels!
