About the Event
If you're curious about speed workouts or just looking for some accountability/company as you push to that next level, we're here for it!Â
We have workout options for all abilities, and our coaches can help you navigate the option that works best for you!
For today's run - we're teaming up with 5 Rivers Running Team & Friends and going long! The route is a rolling (but scenic) 6-7 miles with options for more or less!Â
Afterwards, there's a group that typically meets at Dorothy Lane Market (Oakwood) for coffee, carbs, and conversation!
