About the Event
If you're curious about speed workouts or just looking for some accountability/company as you push to that next level, we're here for it!
We have workout options for all abilities, and our coaches can help you navigate the option that works best for you!
For today's run - we're meeting at Riverfront Park in Miamisburg and hitting the bike path!
The Training Group will either be doing a longer run - paces range from ~ 7:30-12:00 minute miles; distance will range from 6-16 miles. Ice and electrolytes available. Bring your own FILLED water bottle. Restrooms available!
