Join Dayton Track Club and Runners Plus in learning how to successfully train through winter!
Topics will include training focus, gear, layering, and adjusting runs around the slush!
Presenters:
Chelsey Woods - DTC Elite Runner, coach, collegiate athlete, Runners Plus manager, and (brief) artic dweller.
Olivia Anger - DTC Elite Development Athlete, collegiate athlete, and all-in Minnesotan.
